As technologies change so too will base station requirements. This will include effective and prompt upgrades of sites within this category. In addition, environmentally sustainable energy supplies will need to be developed – Euro-Tel Design LTD welcomes opportunities in this field – building on experience gained during design for base stations for OPCS and other operators requiring solar / wind energy systems with battery backup.
The current economic environment indicates that there will be continued change with acquisitions and mergers of existing providers and vendors. This will inevitably promote new challenges, and at Euro-Tel Design LTD we believe that we are well placed for being able to adapt and grow with the client within partnering arrangements to maintain and enhance network integrity over the coming years.
Rollout provision is all but complete, however there will continue to be a significant number of “churn” sites requiring acquisition and design.
Due to the constant developments and improvements we see the telecommunications market and above roles continuing to respond to equipment, planning, and legislative changes within the industry. Changes in technology and internet service provision will also lead to further requirements for upgrade and modifications of existing provisions by all providers.
